Important information and Documentation

Create Account The first step to get your video store going is to create your account. First click on sign up to fill out the application. Once you submit the application, it will be reviewed by a staff memeber for acceptance. Once you are accepted, you will be sent a confirmation link for you to visit to activate the account. Once you are active, you can beging uploading your videos and designing your studio. You will need 10 videos or more for your video store to be active.

Legal_Info If you are a US citizen you will need to fill out a w-9 form and submit it along with your application. This is needed in order to pay you weekly payroll checks.

Requirements In order to accept your application we will need a picture of your drivers license and a head shot of you holding the identification as well as your banking information so we know how to submit your payroll.
